Moss Mountain Farm 3-piece Butterfly Bush Collection

I get excited when I discover a new plant or a measurable improvement on an old tried and true friend; such was the case with this ‘cascade’ series of butterfly bushes. The sheer boldness of blooms was an immediate head turner for me. I have always used butterfly bushes in my planting alongside many favorites such as roses, lilies, and ornamental grasses.

They feature large flower panicles that cascade downward for a weeping look. They attract butterflies, bees and hummingbirds while resisting deer. And once established, they're drought tolerant too. Best of all, the lovely lavender and pink colors promise to be a hit with your guests, both winged and non-winged alike!

Butterfly Bush Collection

  • Features large flower panicles, 8" to 14" long
  • Unlike typical butterfly bush, these are similar to the look of weeping willow or a bridal wreath spirea
  • Makes a wonderful backdrop for perennials
  • Prefers full sun with fertile, moist, well-drained soil
  • Drought tolerant once established
  • Blooms late in the summer into early fall
  • Attracts butterflies, bees and hummingbirds
  • Deer resistant

Grand Cascade Butterfly Bush
